These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Salecium (“Service”), a product owned and operated by Iokode Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Salecium, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Salecium is an AI-powered WhatsApp automation and lead qualification platform designed to assist businesses in managing structured messaging workflows.

Salecium operates through WhatsApp Web-based automation and does not claim affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Salecium complies with WhatsApp’s terms and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Use the Service for lawful business purposes
  • Have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use Salecium responsibly and ethically
  • Not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or illegal content
  • Not engage in harassment, fraud, or deceptive marketing
  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
  • Comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and messaging policies

You acknowledge that misuse of automation tools may result in WhatsApp restrictions, suspensions, or bans. The Company is not responsible for such actions.

4. WhatsApp Account Risk Acknowledgment

Salecium operates using WhatsApp Web automation.

By using the Service, you acknowledge:

  • WhatsApp may modify its policies or technical systems at any time
  • Your account may be restricted or suspended due to platform policy changes or usage behavior
  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to WhatsApp services
  • The Company is not liable for any WhatsApp account bans, suspensions, or limitations

You assume all risks associated with third-party platform usage.

5. AI-Generated Responses Disclaimer

Salecium uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on your uploaded knowledge base.

You understand that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and configuring messaging parameters
  • The Company is not liable for business losses resulting from AI-generated conversations

AI outputs should be monitored and used with professional judgment.

6.Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of:

  • Your uploaded knowledge base
  • Your lead data
  • Your conversation data

The Company does not sell your data. We may store and process data solely for providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to use and process any data uploaded to Salecium.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Salecium — including software, design, branding, algorithms, and AI systems — are the exclusive property of Iokode Technologies Private Limited.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer
  • Copy
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Create derivative works

Without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Add or remove functionality
  • Suspend or discontinue services
  • Update pricing

At our discretion.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IOKode Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • WhatsApp bans or restrictions
  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Platform outages
  • Third-party policy changes

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IOKode Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Violation of laws
  • Violation of WhatsApp policies
  • Harm caused by your messaging activities

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Uses the Service for spam
  • Causes risk to platform stability
  • Damages our reputation

No refunds will be issued for policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
