This data is used to power AI-generated responses within your workspace.

You retain ownership of this content.

C. Lead & Conversation Data

Salecium may process:

  • Phone numbers
  • Lead names
  • Message content
  • Conversation history generated via WhatsApp Web automation

Note: We do NOT intercept messages from the WhatsApp API. Data is processed locally on your connected WhatsApp Web session.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain Salecium
  • To process subscriptions and payments
  • To generate AI responses based on your uploaded knowledge base
  • To qualify leads according to your configuration
  • To improve platform performance and AI accuracy
  • To communicate updates, security alerts, and support messages

4.Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell your data.

We may share information only in the following scenarios:

  • AI Partners: Text data is sent to language learning models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) solely for generating responses. These providers do not use your data to train their public models.
  • Payment Processors: Necessary billing information is shared with secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

5. AI Data Privacy

  • Your uploaded Knowledge Base is siloed to your account.
  • No cross-account data sharing occurs.
  • AI providers utilized by Salecium are bound by enterprise data-processing agreements ensuring confidentiality.

6.WhatsApp Data & Automation

Salecium functions as an automation layer over your existing WhatsApp Web session.

  • We do not store complete, permanent logs of your entire WhatsApp chat history on our servers.
  • We only process active conversations triggered within your designated workspace parameters.

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your leads/customers before using automated messaging.

7.Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

We retain data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

If you delete your account, your data (including knowledge bases and leads) will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.

8.Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain active login sessions
